My experience was great. There were plenty of photos of each item so you could be sure of what you were getting. Accurate in /out of stock status (some websites are painfully slow at updating the status). Most impressed about the delivery. $7 for next day courier delivery. Very handy for last minute purchases before your holiday. The only thing that could be improved is the range of products. Definitely not a wide range of products in comparison to many other travel websites.

I live in rural Victoria (don't even have a letterbox, meaning I collect my mail from the local Post Office). I ordered some products from Global Travel Products online on Sunday morning and they were delivered to my door this morning - 48 hours later. I reckon that's pretty good service especially given that the order was placed on a weekend.

I bought the compression bags but when I used one of them the bag tore. After emailing the business they responded immediately and sent me a replacement. The replacements worked fine and I'm so happy with the product and service I bought some for Christmas presents.
