Excellent service and customer assistance. Have used this company for over ten years. Always did a great job and did not overcharge. Went out of their way to help me on a couple of occasions.

They are always willing to help out. I had a flat battery and was stranded at home and within the hour they had turned up with a replacement - brilliant service. Really kind and prompt and do not overcharge. Another time my car aerial broke, they sourced and replaced the part within 24 hours.

Booked in for a roadworthy for the next day, service was impeccable, communication was often and the boys bent over backwards to get my car ready in time for my registration appointment. Was quoted 1100 for the job and the boys did their shopping and ended up fixing everything for 800. Not usually one to write reviews but couldnt fault, would highly recommend to anyone needing anything done to their vehicle.

I took my car here this week for a service. They were fabulous. They did a great job. They didn't overcharge me. I felt that they were very honest and reliable. They were friendly too. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I took my car into Glenferrie Motors because it was making weird noises (I obviously know nothing about cars). Within the hour, they had called me to let me know what the problem was and how it could be fixed. After quoting a price of around $440, the mechanic also advised me that I could get it done a lot cheaper at Carnegie Mufflers. The fact that they were happy to refer me on and made the assessment so quickly meant that I could get it down there on the same day and managed to save $220 (50%). Service here is beyond amazing, and I will definitely be taking my car there for any future work needed.

Have used this mechanic for a couple of years now for both our vehicles. I find them honest, thorough & competent. I know exactly what condition our vehicles are in when I pick them up. Have never been pressured into having repairs done that may not be needed straight away. They have never done work I have not asked them to do. Our vehicles are cleaned, vacuumed and immaculate after Glenferrie Motors have had them.

Used this mechanic a few times for general service and repairs as it was close to work. Convenient location as it's close to Malvern train station. For general service it's convenient to drop off before and pick up after work. But for repairs my experience was that it's a bit pricey and they didn't do a good job of explaining why I was paying so much.
