This place is around the corner from where I used to live, and I miss this place so much! Not so long ago, I was in the area again and bought a takeaway of my old favourite: the Daniela special. It's basically a Hawaiian, but with salami. Genius!

The Pizza House IS getting a bit old and tacky looking - I remember it being quite nice looking when I was much younger. But if you'd like a delicious, fragrant, not-too gourmet pizza to eat on the beach, go to Glenelg Pizza House!

If you're in the area looking for a good pizza then this is definitely the institution.
With a base that is thin, crispy and yet tasty there is ample topping and flavour that make any pizza good.
But this time round I tried their calzone and it was second to none. I've had others before and it's hard to find one that can find the right balance.
With friendly staff and a warm atmosphere it was a pleasant dining experience. Prices are comparable.

the base is soo crispy and light we needed maccas 2.5 hours later. This place is a glenelg icon and always accommodating on new years eve. great friendly staff. not the cheapest pizza place but definitely not the most expensive. Very tasty pizzas are great value. There is a surcharge if you pay by credit card

Really great pizza and delicious garlic bread, which I loved. I have eaten here a couple of times and have been very happy with the service, quality and taste of their food. It did take a little longer than expected on one occasion, but quality trumps time (in my opinion). Very happy & friendly service given on both occasions. On both occasions I ordered their pizza with the lot and they are not shy on the pizza toppings! (A pity they didnt have an online menu, not one that I could find anyway as I like to look online and order before going into store). Prices were reasonable as it is in a fairly busy commercial district.

I love this place - an old-time favourite.
In the 20 or so years I have been going here they have never once updated the menu, and the place is now starting to look a bit dingy / shabby, but the quality of the food remains excellent and is unbeatably the best authentic Italian restarant in Glenelg, particularly for their Pizza and Calzone.

This is definitely one of the better pizza bars around. Their pizzas are very tasty as are many other items on the menu. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Worth a visit.

Great Pizza, Friendly staff, and love the little pinball machine - I win 5 Gumballs every time!
Better pricing than anyone!

This is one of Adelaide's best pizza restaurants with authentic meals at reasonable prices. The service is always high quality with table meals and staff are attentive and customer service orientated. If in Glenelg, this place offers excellent meals and is a great place to dine in or take away

These guys sell tasty pizzas and a good range of other items on their menu. It's a great place for a family dinner or a birthday. The restaurant can be a little noisy but it has a nice atmosphere. A great location and friendly staff :)
