Rude staff, impossible to get an appointment. DO NOT BOOK WITH A VOUCHER! Incredibly bad management and I will never return.

What a shame didn't read reviews first. Have tried calling for appt over 4 weeks. Voucher expires august. One day a lady answered & said she was cleaning call back 2 Moro. Finally checked out address this w/end to find shop at Q1 totally empty. Hope my money is refunded.

Unimpressed. Took forever to get a booking and I despise being spoken over when I am on the phone to someone which, whoever answers their phones, interrupts you mid sentence. Very irritating. Let the client speak. Arrived at noon to be told they were running 30 minutes late and said I would have appreciated a phone call but they said they were too busy to do that. What my time is worth nothing???? Had purchased a voucher for a massage (1hr), facial (30 Mins) and pedicure (30 Mins) service, what I received was a half baked pedicure performed by two different staff (one of which couldn't paint toe nails properly and they managed to jam someone else's nail painting in whilst I was mid pedicure) that if you removed all the minutes they were away from me or attending to someone else took about 20 minutes. The 30 minute facial was basically a face washing, no steam, no extractions, nothing that makes a facial a facial and this took 20 minutes too. Lastly was the 1 hour massage that was only 50 minutes long. Even with being told they were running 30 minutes behind I was till out of there before 2 pm. If I paid full price for these services I would have been furious. As it was I got what I paid for just not what was advertised.

BAD. I had a booking with a voucher purchase. The staff was extremely lovely UNTIL they realized they had double booked the time slot. Informed me I had no appointment and would have to leave. I could see their appointment book and my time slot had several names rubbed out. They apparently had canceled my booking without informing me, in order to take a non voucher customer. I attempted to ask if they could check if my appointment was written on another day or time, however they refused to look, or offer me an alternate appointment. I advised them that I thought their service was terrible, their response was even more rude. Really terrible, and sounds like it was not a one off. If they can treat customers like that then they have no issues giving bad services. Don't bother.

absolutely Worst service I have ever had. Completely ruined a birthday gift to my sister in-law. I bought a deal for her and myself, we emailed to book a date, was given an incredibly rude blunt email back, then tried called for days on end to get a appointment, we ended up having to drive all the way to the coast to finally get to talk to someone. RUDE RUDE, we were told " we just take the phone off the hook cause we aren't here to just answer phones you know" ... Wish we never bought this deal, will tell everyone we know about how bad it is. We Are in the process of getting our money back. Please do not go here they are rude and don't deserve to be in business.

Took forever to get appt, get there and question me as to whom the deal was bought from and tell me I cant redeem the voucher. Then find my name and say that I can after I have been talked down to and spoken over. The management told me I was late when I was 15 minutes early. Then they tell me i would need to forfeit the other voucher as it was close to expiring although i was told on the phone that the deal would be extended. I hope to get a refund from the voucher company after I would not have let either of them touch my face after the attitudes I had encountered.

I have had the worst customer service expirience of my life dealing with GiGi Beauty Clinic. I purchased 4 Scoopon vouchers for Microdermabraision treatments in December 2011. The vouchers expire on March 31st 2012. The first time I tried booked an appointment was in early Janurary. I had trouble actually having my calls answered. I called up to 4 times before I was able to book an appointment with pushy staff who refused that I book more than 1 appointment at a time. The first avalibale appointment I could get was in Feburary, so I took it. When I arrived at the clinic I waited nearly 40minutes for my treatment which was over in 5 minutes (the voucher was for a 20 min treatment). The staff who performed it (in bad light, I have no idea how they could even see my face) were very rough and didnt disclose anthing about the treatment, what they were doing, what setting they were using on the machine or even tell me their names. Although slightly painful, the result was ok, but not anything like results I have had from microdermabrasion in the past. Not wanting to waste my money, I booked a second appointment before I left. Again, I took the first avaliable which is scheduled for the end of March. Unfortuantly I cannot make that appointment, so for the past TWO WEEKS I have been calling the clinic daily to try and change it. (I have literally called up to 20 times) I finally got through today and after requesting that I change my appointment I was given a rude attitude, was told of being rude and that if I didnt come to my appointment they would not honour my remaining two treatements. The staff would not let me explain that I had been tying to call for two weeks and refused to belive that I hadnt been able to get through to the clinic on the phone, then hung up on me. I was so shocked I was nearly in tears. I WILL NOT be returning and I will be attempting to have my money refunded by Scoopon. I suggest to those considering GiGi's... to go elsewhere.

BAD! I have NEVER been treated so rudely by management or staff in my entire life. Before i purchased three vouchers, i rang them to ensure that i would be able to redeem my vouchers when i had booked a holiday to Queensland. the staff on the phone assured my that it would be fine and told me to call back after i bought the vouchers. i bought three scoopon vouchers and later called back, to which i was rudely told that they were too busy to place a booking and to call back a later time. A few days later i called again to book the appointments and was told the same thing. I called twice more after this and was still told to call back. After i arrived in gold coast, i visited the store numerous times, however an extensive christmas closing down period meant that i could not contact anyone from the clinic. Upon the reopening of their store, i visited the store in person, to which i stood at the counter for a number of minutes as was ignored while the staff performed a pedicure to a client beside me. When they finally acknowledged my existence, i was told that "the other staff who take bookings was on a break" and to "come back later". I told the staff that i would prefer to wait in store for the other staff to return, which i did. A further ten minutes later, when the other staff returned, they took a number of phone calls before they asked what i was there for. When i told them i would like to make a booking, they told me that they could not fit me into an appointment until a few weeks after i had scheduled a flight back home. When i told them this, i was shrugged off and told that it was not the staff problem and that i should have booked earlier. I also explained to the staff that i HAD called a number of times, to which i was told to call back, only for them to deny that anyone would ever do that. I got my mum to call up the staff after i left the store, to which the staff were extremely rude to my mother, hanging up on her numerous times, to which my mother kept calling back for an explanation as to how we could get our money back if she was unable to schedule us an appointment in the time we were in qld. Luckily, after contacting scoopon, we were able to be re credited the money for 3 vouchers. I cannot believe that myself and mother were treated in such a rude and dismissive way. If they had sold hundreds of coupons they should have ensured the availability of time slots and staff first. Unbelievable.
