We enlisted GIA to renovate our bathroom/laundry initially and we were so happy with the results that we asked them back to renovate our kitchen 6 months later. We are absolutely thrilled with the outcomes of both rooms, and had a positive experience during planning and renovations both times. All enquiries were dealt with promptly, and Illan and Greg did a great job responding to all our requests (small or large). The tradespeople used by GIA were all fantastic (and lovely people too). Each were not only great at their trades (the plumber, electrician, tilers, painters and carpenter etc. were all brilliant) but also showed attention to detail in their work, were tidy and were respectful of minimising disruption to the rest of the house. It was obvious that GIA and all those that work for them are genuinely passionate about what they do and take pride in delivering the best possible result on every job. On both occasions we even had people working on the weekend or after hours to get things finished on time. Illan and Greg did a great job to keep things to schedule and both renovations finished within the expected 4 week time frame. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend GIA.
