Beware, dishonest corporation. Contracts set up in a way to scam customers. Told them up front that I wanted to join the gym temporarily and would leave anytime. The rep advertised their contract as a week to week contract which I paid a high premium for, went and cancel the contract few months later and was told that I need to give a 30 days notice for my week to week contract and proceed to charge me a cancellation fee for the full 30 days. A gym that falsely advertises their program and punishes loyal customers that pays on time is not a gym worth joining.

Great gym! Friendly staff, well equipped and always spotlessly clean. Also great having access to the facilities 24/7

unfortunately the staff here let this gyM down. There is lots of equipment but finding a good personal trainer here (and considering the price you pay for PT) is near I possible.

I had gone to this gym for about a year. It has great equipment and new facilities. The general staff are fantastic and the value for money is good. The only down fall is that there is no pool. Also when I left because I was pregnant and couldn't afford it any more, it was difficult to get out of my contract. They also tried to contact me again to re join, and kept sending me newsletter.

Great gym, really new and clean plus they have all the cross fit equipment and stacks of classes all free. 5 star club... defintenly worth joining couldnt give it a better review

ive just moved here & ive been to all the gyms in the area 2 check them out & i would have to say that this one would have to be the best. all the staff are so friendly & helpful & i love the range of work outs that they have available

I have a membership with Genesis. I used them through my whole pregnancy and found I felt a lot better for exercising. I have also continued to use their facilities as they have child care Monday to Friday. This enables me to have an hour workout without worrying about my baby. Staff are very friendly and would definitely renew my membership.

Great equipment and nice staff. However they did have some problems with a membership deal which saw them reneg on an ipod that was promised to me to join. They are also pretty expensive for casual visits - $20 a go.
