I rang up and booked a technician to replace a faulty laptop fan. Everything was explained in detail to their call centre operator, even down to long it would take to source the part, and an appointment was made for 11:00am the next day. The technician turned up on time (credit where credit is due), but as soon as he saw the laptop he said, and i quote "We don't open laptops or replace any of the parts."
I certainly could have done with that information from the start. To top it off, the information that the technician had been given was completely unrelated to the problem that we had. Either their call centre staff have zero computer knowledge or they need to learn to listen more closely when conversing with customers.
A total waste of our time, I won't be using them again, nor will I be recommending them to anyone.

Cannot say enough great things about these guys. The phone receptionist was friendly, helpful, informative and had no problem answering all my questions and explaining the whole process. She set up an appointment straight away, was happy to change it last minute when I got delayed at work, and arranged for prepaid credit cover the bill after Chris has attended my home. He too was patient, friendly, and did not make me feel like my normal computer illiterate self. He fixed all three computers in 1.5hrs and happily showed me ways of fixing problems myself. I will definitely be calling these guys every year to service and debug my tech.

Quite Expensive, however, when I did the stupid thing, and invited a Virus into my computer system, I sort of have only one person to blame, ME, The Operator Arrived at the time they said, and fixed my Computer. Whilst I must be honest, and used a different company the second time I did this, I cant say I didn't appreciate the service I got from Geeks2u. So I thought it Appropriate I did a Review. to acknowledge the Excellent Customer Service that was provided.
