I used Gary Willmot Design Drafting to draft a home renovation. That was drafting for the removal of an internal wall and installation of a 3.5m supporting beam to span the gap. Gary was personable, easy to work with, professional and provided great advice. I am a home renovator and Gary's advice extended passed what he was paid for, he provided additional useful information that helped me as a newbie to refine my ideas at the beginning of the job, and to later undertake the work based on his drawings. We had to do some renovations at home with an extension and found Gary Willmott (can't remember how). He's great, thorough and very reasonably priced. He also can recommend builders, certifiers etc which all turned out to be good value too.
