My 3 year old son and I visit the shop weekly. We always find the staff very friendly and approachable. We have held snakes, patted puppies, held a crab and always learn something new. It always kept fairly clean and the prices are competitive too other places. I come here regularly and am happy with the service.

I went into this shop the other day with my son to look at the animals. We go to Garden City regularly and our son loves to go into this shop and look at the animals. My son wanted to look at some parrots that were on out a perch near the cashiers desk at the front of the store. The staff ignored my son and after several attempts of my son saying excuse me to the staff he was able to have a look at one of the birds. This has happened before at this store and I feel this needs to be mentioned because our son was crying because he had been ignored.
