I purchased 2 games from them. I was sent a link to download them, but everytime I try to do this, I receive an error message advising that they are having server problems and to contact customer service. I have sent numerous emails to them, none of which they have bothered to answer.
They take your money, and do not supply the goods you have paid for.

Not the cheapest games, but occasionally they have a good deal. Delivery can be a bit slow, my last delivery took 4 days. Website i found was difficult to navigate.

Unfortunately I missed launch sale for CoD MW3. Fear not, these guys have them for just over 80 dollars without any promotion. pretty decent price and a pick up for me.

They only charge 5.40 or something for your shipment. interestingly enough offer pc downloads from their store. For a small independent game store, this is rather unique. Though you can get those pc downloadable games cheaper elsewhere.

Very high quality online store, backed up by a decent physical store.
