Alex [the Locksmith,]arrived right on time,got straight into it,and had a new key for me,although didn't replace the remote battery as he didn't have right size.We had quite a few hassles with the ignition,which he took apart [after much effort and time]and didn't blow his cool for a second,had it all fixed ,and despite taking probably an hour more than anticipated still charged me same rate as originally quoted,so very fair of him.Full recommendation

Alex was very supportive when I lost my keys at Melbourne Airport. His quote was the most reasonable of several I sought an he organised a spare key and arranged to meet me the following day. He was on his way when I did a second, last minute check at Airport Information and there were my keys! I called him and was impressed by his response. "No worries mate, and no charge."
