The people working at this store have no clue about what they are doing. I got a lounge suite from them for $1700 and they said it would take about 6 weeks to order in the colour I wanted, which was fine. 6 weeks later it arrived and its all different colours ..? I called and told them and they got angry as if it was my fault they didn't check it before bringing it to my house. So another 2 weeks I got told to wait.. Finally they bring new pieces of the lounge... But once again they were the wrong colour... Now I'm getting angry but when I call to ask what's going on, I get abused by the manager and they say why can't I just deal with it.. Ummmmm maybe coz it's clearly 2 different colours..so another week later I get the new pieces for my lounge and they are finally the correct matching colour to the rest of my suite but this time the recliner on one of the chairs doesn't work, I was so annoyed I didn't even call to have it fixed and its still broken to this day...

They were totally dis interested in my needs as a customer. The service was bad and I actually had to walk around to find someone to help me even though there was only one other customer in the store.

After being ignored for a fairly long time I was finally approached by a young man who gave me reasonably friendly service but vaque and somewhat inaccurate information. He then sent me to the service desk to pay where service was very slow, no apology given for the delay and no thanks given for my custom but rather the impression that they were doing me a huge favour. My purchase was poor quality with some pieces scratched and chipped.
