We were overcharged on the mattress we recently purchased and they delivered a cheaper mattress to our house. When we came back to the store we were received by a very rude manager who denied overcharging us and giving us the wrong item. He even swore at us! We have since reported them to ACCC. Buyers be worn: DO NOT SHOP THERE! This places doesn't even deserve any stars!!!!!!

This is about Furniutre Galore in general and not to their Dandenong outlet alone. Purchased a dining table and had to be returned and delievered twice and both times product have turned out to be faulty. They replaced the first faulty product (took a lot of effort and phonecalls) and the replaced one also turned out to be faulty. Second time the colour didn't match. The colour of the dining is different from the chairs as against the original description. When contacted they now refuse to replace it and their reason being "its been too long since purchase date". Is it my fault that their product turned out faulty at first and the replacement doesn't match the original description.
