Purchased furniture items from this store in Nunawading in October. Was told early November for delivery. It is now early-mid December and I still am waiting for delivery. Customer service is a joke, staff at the store are rude and unwilling to help. Nunawading store does not hold stock, so there is always a delivery charge of $55 any time you buy goods from them!
Approximate cost: $1500

I'm in the same situation as you Russell. So I'm just wondering if you got your couch already or are you still waiting?
We did eventually get them after numerous phone calls to their head office... Don't even bother with the store, they don't have any answers at that level... Good Luck!!
