I never ever write reviews, this is my first one and I really had to write it to prevent other people of wasting their money.
We bought Her majesty mattress at the end of March last year in Freedom Nunawading and only after two weeks we started having problems with the mattress. The issue was that matters started forming indentations on a couple of spots (mainly where our hips are). Soon, we spoke with store manager regarding this issue and he suggested to bring this up to the customer service and fill up Claim form from Freedom web site as it doesn't sound right.
We decided to fill up the Claim form within 3 months from the day of purchase followed by photos as well, but NEVER got reply back. The indentations were becoming much deeper and we were waking up with BACK PAIN every morning, followed by LEG PAIN after some time, it became unbearable to sleep on it.
So we ended up buying a new mattress after only 8 months sleeping on this one. However, I decided to contact someone from FREEDOM again to see if we can get some kind of refund and finally some people responded.
Long story short- after so many numbers called and mails sent, we finally managed to organize manufacturer to examine the mattress and they apparently did not find any major issue. At the same time, the store manager REFUSED to give us any refund. The manufacturer offered alternation of the mattress that we would have to pay additionally.
I have to mention that they are changing the name of the mattresses pretty often (maybe because of the not so good reviews), so you cannot find Her Majesty mattress any more, but it is matching their most expensive model.
Basically, we spent around $1300 (which was 50% sale price) and wasted all the money as we cannot use this mattress.
In my opinion the most expensive IKEA mattress is waaaaaay better quality than Freedom mattresses (not to mention that is three times cheaper).
Hopefully people will find this honest review helpful and avoid purchasing mattresses in Freedom stores.

Love freedom products! Great value for mid-range quality items. Service here is inconsistent. I have had amazing service, but also had a few staff members show very little interest in serving me.

Love the new store - so much better than the previous location. Great products - always going in to add bits and pieces to my home. Recently bought some items for my bedroom - solid timber - great prices.

We bought our three sofas from this freedom and their "interiors decorating" guy was really helpful. Even took us outside to check the fabrics in different lights.

Received a quote for 2 pieces of furniture after wandering in the store. I presented this quote to my local Freedom store in Preston and they would not honour it. As Nunnawading is far, I called them and they were happy to honour the quote and arrange everything over the phone. When i told them that nominated delivery time wasn't suitable, they were happy to contact me with an accurate and suitable time. Very professional; Very good experience
