Forest Edge is an amazing Restaurant. The food was everything you could ask for and so much more, the Chef's eye to detail is second to none and the desserts are to die for! The service there was fantastic and the views were equally as good. It has a lovely atmosphere and I can't wait to visit again and again. Words do not do it justice, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Everyone's food was amazing in every course. I was particularly pleased with the vegetables which are often overlooked. But these stood up as equal quality to the main ingredient. The combinations were unusual but really worked. For example, I had salmon with fried gnocci on a parsnip sauce with fried broccolini and a poppy seed sauce. I thought this was a bit unusual but the combined flavours were seriously mindblowing! Desserts and entrees were equally incredible. If I sound effusive it's because it was one of the best restaurant meals I have had and cannot recommend it highly enough. Lovely open fire to boot!

one of the most amazing restaurants i have been to. The food there was amazing, everything was very gourmet. The staff were absolutely excellent and i will go there again.
