I have been a shopper here since they where were cheap as chips is now. The supermarket has a great range of products including lots of local produce. the service is not good in the service deli. I was waiting at service deli for a few minutes waiting to be served as staff were talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers.

I have been shopping at this Foodland now for over 8 years, both when it was located outside the shopping complex and since the new supermarket opened. The reason I love it so much is that - unlike the 2 major chains - this supermarket stocks a greater range of products, a great deal of local produce, and will try to get items in if you request and there is reasonable demand. Service far exceeds that of the 2 conglomerates!

quality is okay. service is terrible and staff are unable to assist with nearly all queries. price is okay. was nothing outstanding about this business

Foodland at Mitcham has a wide range of food products including special foods like gluten free and international. The service at the checkout is great and the prices are quite low.

Very clean store, fresh fruit and vegetables, delicious deli section. Some grocery prices are a little more expensive but these are made up for by the efficient checkout service. Wide range of gourmet and specialty foods e.g. gluten free and asian foods.

The Foodland stores, particularly the bigger ones tend to offer a different variety of foods. You need to stick to the specials as the other prices can often be alot more expensive.
