I went into this store expecting expert fitting and service and not only did I have to almost beg to get served but the service was shocking. I have orthotics and narrow feet and wanted to get fitted for a pair of shoes for work - Any that were half suitable were out of stock and the attendant didn't even measure my foot properly. Unfortunately I had a similar experience 4 years ago and wasted $250 on a pair of ill fitting shoes and was silly enough to think that they may of changed. I will go to Brisbane to be fitted properly in the future - what a shame to have to take business out of Townsville!
