I booked these removalists before I heard from my sister that they had moved their furniture and damaged it. They didn't bother to throw blankets over items and took forever to move things. I then ended up cancelling my booking because they were so rude to my wife over the phone. They obviously had a big job they wanted the day we were moving and tried to fob us off by being rude. You just don't do that, especially at 5:30pm when you have a booking for 7am the next morning. I would NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE!

I booked to use these removalists weeks in advance and they rang me at 5:30pm the day before and tried to get me to change to another day, which wasn't possible. I said I couldn't and we would agree to move things earlier to help out with their busy day. He then called back and was EXTREMELY rude to me. My husband then called him and cancelled the job, you just don't speak to people they way they did, even if you want to fit in a huge job on the sly. They helped my sister-in-law move her furniture too and damaged it. Their contract says they're not liable. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!!
