I have struggled to find a good hairdresser around town. I have had some really bad experiences. My search ended when i found Flawless Looks. I highly recommend Flawless Looks to anyone who wants a great hair cut and colour at a very reasonable price. Hairdressers Eshi and Kanwal work well together. We always have a great chat. i always leave the salon with a big smile on my face. Since stepping into their salon i have been back regularly to get half or full head of highlights, cut, treatment and blowave (i have dark brown/black Asian hair and now i'm blond) The colour is AMAZING. The best colour i ever had. I even joked with them that they can't leave as they have me as a customer for life

I have been going to them for at least 12 months and I find both the owner and her assistant most professional, friendly and wonderful people to deal with. Always smiling and happy to please. I find it quite rude and obnoxious that a person who does not put a name or give correct details of whom they are should have a place to air their grievances.

I just had my hair done today and I must say I had a very great experience with FLAWLESS LOOK, I will definitely be coming back =) At first, I was having doubts that I will have a good service since I am using a voucher but I was wrong, both ladies (owner and her companion) were very friendly, accommodating and nice. They both gave me an excellent service/ treatment. I am very happy with my new hair style, both of them are amazing. I just showed a picture and they totally did it exactly the same =) And not to forget, very accessible =) =) Thank you so much Flawless Looks..=)

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT GET YOUR HAIRCUT HERE. Just had mine done and the staff looked like they hated what they were doing as if they were cleaning bathrooms for 1$ an hr. Absolutely no chat, youd think going to get hair or nails or anything spa like they like to make you comfortable but not here. They also had too many clients in at one for the two of them forcing them to swap clients and try to hurry. The prices are low for a reason they have no idea what theyre doing! Takes two of them to round barrel brush dry one clients hair. I asked for just a few layers to shape it up and they went ahead and started chopping when ive watched my stylist back home do the complete opposite. The layers are so choppy and im going to have to go get them blended. The cut took only 20 minutes when at home it can take up to an hour to shape thick dark long hair. They cut my hair the exact same as an other staff beside me! Thats not the way hair styling is!! Please take your money elsewhere i wish i had! Now i have to grow this out for some months to feel comfortable again. There is no excuse for this and they shouldnt be putting people confidence in jeopardy like this just to make a quick one time buck cause i doubt anyone ever goes back!!

I've been going to Flawless looks for almost 2 years now and I absolutely love it .Their professionalism and friendliness really made a great experience. This place is amazing! Everyone on staff is extremely sweet and their customer service is above and beyond! I left feeling beautiful, and still love the cut which has been so easy to work with. They have a new loyal customer in me!

Have been here a few times and very pleased with the hair cut and coloring. Waiting period is not long. The girls are friendly, run by a few Indian girls. Location is easy to locate not far from the main Chapel Street drag, Prices are well positioned.
