60 year old 2 storey terracotta tile with lots of missing pointing, covered in lichen. Trev was able to accommodate our time frames and provided a competitive price. Complete repoint, a non-chlorine wash (for moss/lichen removal), replacing broken tiles, checking flashing. Would definitely use again.

Kev and Danny did a great job repairing our roof recently. We had some repointing done plus capping and guttering replaced over a Bay window, chimney soakers replaced and also got the lichen which grows on the tiles removed. Kev is very conscientious and reliable and will carry out an inspection (on completion) of the entire job to make sure everything is done to his standard and that the property is left tidy and clean. Repointing and fixing of a very large and old roof of a 1924 house with terracotta tiles. Fixing of all holes through which possums could enter roof space. Work around chimneys as needed. I think that the quote was quite reasonable given that it took 2 men around 4 days + materials. Kev obviously took a pride in his work and gave me no reason to regret that I gave the job to him. In fact he was very obliging and did extra work over and beyond what he had quoted. This involved removing an old pool solar heating system and cutting it into pieces, and placing it all together for easy disposal. He didn't have to do this. If I have another problem, I won't hesitate in contacting him again. also am very hap0py to recommend his work to others.

Extremely pleased with the fact that they answer the phone when you call, or promptly call you back! Attention to customer service is my first judgement of any business and Kevin pays attention! The vast majority of trades people get this part seriously wrong and are just unable to communicate or interact with customers. They just have no idea and lose me immediately. Then, the job was attended to exactly as promised. It was finished on time as predicted and though Kevin used a subcontractor to complete the work, he himself came back to inspect and perform details. This is how to run a business! Deeply impressed at the level of professionalism. He sets a model for the trade.
