Outstanding doctor particularly Dr Raheel. However this practice is really busy and the queueing time need to be improved on.

One of the best medical centers I have been to. The staff are polite and professional. They never get frustrated no matter the state of the crowd. They even put up with rude and unreasonable customers as I have witnessed it in person. At times there are long wait times but that is resolved by having more doctors on shifts. They long opening hours are very impressive as it is helpful to the community. The doctors are very professional and precise. They also do not rush their appointments and at the same time, they do not slow down as well. Hence, they are spot on with their work and are highly ethical. I thank the staff and the doctors for your polite and professionalism.

I was a patient at this clinic for nearly 15 years before making the decision to seek out another facility. Our family GP was excellent but increasingly I found that you couldn't get in to see him. I then had some unpleasant experiences with a number of other doctors in the clinic, I consider myself to be a reasonable patient but some things that were said to me during pregnancy were very upsetting so once our son was born I tried once more but again was met with some strange reactions to questions I had so opted to move on. Their waiting times for appointments also became ridiculous, mostly over an hour and more commonly closer to 90 mins. I was sad to have to move clinics but I haven't really regretted it since.

I have been here a few times when I lived close. They have a small plastic slide for entertainment, which is good if you have little ones. It's always clean and I find the doctor's friendly and professional as expected. The downside is the wait time. I have waited for close to 1 hour for my booked appointments. I started booking in as the first patient for the day (I was told) and I still had to wait 15 minutes.

I have visited this place few times and now I am not going there. I belive the doctors there want to make you visit them quite a few times before giving proper medication even for basic illness. And the waiting time is very bad. The only good thing I can say is that they bulk bill.

This place is excellent to go to. They BULK BILL but also have great doctors on ! which i have learnt is rare.
