This clinic should be last resort, waiting times are an hour minimum up to 3. Dr Ahmed is the rudest, least compassionate doctor at that clinic, does not treat patients like people.

I couldn’t believe it after more than 10 years has been coming here this surgery since Dr John Wong. Today I just been told to stay in my car because I have a sore trout and fever (Covid-19)and treat badly by two ladies receptionist at the counter...I came to surgery because Dr.Hamish Han and He is the best doctor in this surgery. I will never came back here again

Dr Han is an amazing and caring Dr.. He is very thorough.. have total trust in his ability.. waiting times are quite reasonable..

Dr Han is wonderful I highly recommend him however [redacted personal identifier] one of the receptionists [redacted personal identifier] was verbally aggressive to us and downright horrible to deal with. If Dr Han wasnt so good i wouldn't bother going so as to avoid dealing with her rude, patronising behaviour.

Frances Hua is professional caring, the way doctors were 10 years ago. All she wants to do is help you and is always interested in a followup visit to make sure you are well. I cant speak highly enough about DR Frances she is perfect.

The doctors are great especially lucy,however the asian receptionist wirh glasses is the biggest cow i have ever come across. Their management need to get rid of her if they know whats good for their practice.
She is rude,pushy and verbally denigrates patients who are only there because they are sick.....

If you are in a hurry, you are best off booking in advance. The casual doctors there are hopeless. I had an issue and the male doctor that was in for the day casually, was not able to help me. He told me to come back and make an appointment with one of the doctors that are there full-time. What a waste of my time.

Dr. Han is a good doctor.

Dr. Wu is a nice female doctor.

However, there is a skinny Asian reception who is very rude to the clients, never smile.

I've been to First Care Medical Centre since it opened and have always had a quick admittance to see the doctors. I generally take my kids to see Dr Han who's there almost every day. He's great and always checks them over really thoroughly. Can't fault them!

I have always been seen to at this surgery quite quickly. They are friendly enough and bulk bill. The only downside is the doctors seem to change frequently. The doctor I have seen lately is Dr Frances Hua. She is caring and thorough and I would recommend her to others. Other doctors I have seen at this surgery have always been competent and helpful.
