I used Fawn Resurfacing to rejuvenate my bathroom and laundry. The floors started to bubble and chip immediately. They came back to try and fix it up but the problem started again. Whilst the main floor only has minor chips (although very obvious because of the dark colour used over light tiles) the shower recess floor has huge bits that have flaked off. I have contacted them and the person I spoke with apologized, said he had been sick and sold the business and could no longer help me. I am very surprised to see that he appears to still be in business. The work is second rate and the guarantee he offers is worthless. I have other friends who are delighted with their tile resurfacing and wish I'd gone with the company they used.
