i was lucky on my last buys that i got a service attendent that was helpful and polite even if he was a little confused and sort of unawares of normal proceedure

a few weeks ago i purchased wooden tall boys, i had a very basic budget and the representitive showed me options for my price range and as a bonus luck i did not have to stuff around build the tall boys as they were delivered pre-made which has made me a very happy customer

i went in to purchase some furniture for daughter as a birthday present,i found all the staff will to help and were also very friendly,once i had purchased i then wanted to pickup myself and found the pickup area just as friendly and made my daughters birthday just fantastic

The people that you come into contact with are nice enough and do the best they can to provide a great service with what they're given. The quality of the furniture on the other hand is shocking! I bought a bed form there, and the frame snapped twice. The second time, they had to give me a new bed because my first one wasn't being made anymore. Not to mention the 3 months I had to wait to get the bed in the first place...
