My experience with fantastic furniture, Castle Hill really was wonderful. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and knew their products very well. This made purchasing our new couch very easy! Wonderful range of fabrics available too! We ended up buying a new tv unit as well that matches perfectly. We always receive compliments on our beautiful new couch and adore it!

My partner and i went into fantastic furniture to purchase a new couch for our new home. We already had a picture of what type of couch we wanted and asked for help from the sales assistant and he immedietely showed us the perfect couch. we then put it on lay by.
When we couldnt afford to make the repayments by the end date, the sales assistant gave us an extention, easing our minds.
We now have a beautiful new corner couch which is the star to our new home!

I would like to take this time to compliment Christine and her staff for service that was and still is above the call of duty; I cannot express how thankful we are for their level of service regarding a recent purchase of a lounge suite that required follow up service due to manufacture faults with Christine even coming to our home to deliver a repaired cushion and inspect our lounge and associated faults so to advise what course of action was available, the outcome was more than we could have ever expected with the order of a replacement lounge suite straight away. Christine is an absolute asset to Fantastic Furniture in Castle Hill and should be commended for her level of commitment to us the customer.
