I had my upholstery cleaned last week. Famous cleaning was professional and did a great job. Almost all of the stains are gone which is a miracle and there is no pet odor. My upholstery are now fluffy and beautiful. I will definitely use them again..

Asked for a COVID clean and a deep clean of the whole house including wall marking etc specifically.

2 guys took 2 hours to do both, very suspicious. Came back to check and there was still marks everywhere, cobwebs, things obviously uncleaned, they didn't even sweep the floor.

They wanted $400 that we had paid for both. In the end we had to get a $150 refund from them.

Very unhappy, will never use this company again.
