Honestly can not recommend Kathleen enough, I had no idea what type of rabbit I was after. She was so patient in explaining to me in her professional opinion what was best. I ended up with a beautiful flemish Cross new Zealand. Clover is thriving at home, not only with myself but with my one year old son who is obsessed with her.

Honestly can not thank her enough for suggesting to buy my beautiful Clover. I never knew what it was like to love a pet unconditionally until I bought clover home.

Came in today looking for some fish pets and the girl working there was too busy talking to a friend about uni and she didn’t even acknowledge us, so we left. Customer service down the drain.

Got my first puppy from here and later read online about all the bad stories of sources of the puppies...However, my puppy has been healthy and sweet natured...very sociable with people and children.

The sales assistant was very helpful in giving me her advice and stepped back when I was making my decision of the purchase. Hence, there was no pressure given and when I decided to buy my puppy, she was very helpful in telling me what the basic needs and set up would be to get for the puppy. Again there was no pressure in getting me to buy more than I needed to start off.

Overall the pets here seems well looked after by caring and knowledgeable people. I go in there to check up on the animals whenever I get a chance to and I have seen the same professionalism given to other customers as I received. In particular, they are very stringent on hygiene before the puppies are handled by potential customers too.

We love our 1 year old puppy and he is definitely a very spoilt family member now !

could some1 please tell me the trading hours because i dont know. it would be great to know because i was thinking of going there and still is because my friend said it was amazing and i believe her so now to get there i need the trading hours.

Awesome and lovely well educated staff. They clearly love animals, and i have purchased quite a few from them over the years, and never had a problem, they have always been helpful with any problems I have been having, and sometimes even recommened cheaper alternatives to ones they could provide. They genuinely care about the animals, they are always nice healthy animals

I always buy my pet food here for my dog and cat. It is a bit pricey like most other places for this, but they have a loyalty program where you buy x many bags and get one free, so this helps. The staff are friendly and knowedgeable, and the animals in there always look healthy and well cared for.
