I had put this order in on Sunday 18/12/22. 1 personalised keyring, to which I decided on paying $19.99 for EXPRESS POST instead of $6 regular, as I wanted this item by CHRISTMAS. I got an email that my item had been posted NOT MONDAY 19/12/22 but TUESDAY 20/12/22. Today is FRIDAY 23/12/22 and I have NOT received my item. $19.99 WASTED. I will NOT be ordering from you again.
An example of ordering a Christmas inflatable from Ebay on a Sunday, free delivery to then receive my parcel 3 days later on Wednesday. That is what you call GOOD BUSINESS.
NOT good business with Fabness

Always happy with their results. I have ordered about 5 or 6 times. On my last order there was a small dent in the corner. They sent out a replacement with no questions asked.

We need more of this kind of outstanding customer service in Oz.

Image was washed and blurry. Facebook image uploaded is better than a high res professionally taken pics...

Wasted my money on ordering over $200 worth of items (on scoopon voucher). Their website state my order would had been over $1000 value without discount.. BS! It's worse than Big W quality.

I ordered two canvas prints, one 100cmx75 and i think 45x30ish.

Both prints were delivered promptly and well wrapped.

The smaller image came out great, i used their sepia special effect option and the outcome was great. Image looked good, canvas fit frame perfectly. I used colour wrap option and ensured that the photo bled a bit into the colour wrap on the sides (not the front), it worked well.

The second print had no special effect and printed ok - the only downfall was that I used colour wrap again, but the canvas was mounted a bit sloppily, so that the image is a little crooked and the colour wrap angles down from left to right at the top of the frame to end up showing about 8mm at the top right. It's only a little thing but annoying as it draws the eye. I will contact to let them know and see what we can do, otherwise I guess I'll have to have a go at unmounting the canvas and re-applying it myself. I'll report back on how I go with customer service...

I am photo mad and bought a bunch of vouchers for photo books from other sites and 3 canvases from Fabness. I was only really happy with one photo book (minibox) and was very excited when the canvases arrived.
Pros: The quality of material and print is amazing!! I was nervous about canvas mail but they decked out the packaging!
Cons: (website) I had trouble trying to fit my photos on the canvas. Sometimes my photo wouldn't upload which was a pain (not parent friendly). The colours aren't quite as sharp as I would like compared to the preview but very close!
Overall: I have just purchased another canvas ;)

DO NOT TRUST THEM... THEIR PROOF AND PRINTS COME OUT DIFFERENT! Had three canvas's printed and all three came back with the heads chopped off from the top... Although the saved proof showes all the heads as visable - yet they were all choped off and the company did absolutely nothing about it. VERY DISAPPOINTED...

Used 4 x scoopons with FABNESS and all 4 are proudly hanging on my wall.
At first I was a bit hesitant to do this all online, but every canvas we got printed looks amazing and arrived so quickly I was shocked.
I have recommended this company to a few friends of mine already.

Canvas prints arrived in quality canvas as described, lovely gloss finish and deep rich colours. They are more expensive off the bat than most, but there is a reason for that - their quality is great, no cheap timber used, no warping, no cracking of the ink on cheap canvas - no these guys deliver a great product that will last for many years, and looks fabulous! They are the same business as minibox and mojopro, so when you do see deals from them, highly recommend picking them up when you have work of your own to print. Otherwise look for businesses that promote this sort of quality for their own printing of prints, with the same quality guarantee. These guys are Australian and not using inferior chinese products. The only downfall was that the site was very slow to upload large files, and if you go with the colour wrap option, it wrapped the image slightly over the edges, so next time i would definitely go with teh gallery wrap option.

I had a coupon to use @ Fabness and to be honest, I haven't had much luck before with online photo printers, and so I wasn't expecting much here.

But I was blown away! The website was very easy to use, with clear instructions and it made the experience fun and simple to use. Delivery was exactly as they stated and their product packaging was excellent!

The final product being the most important though..It was superb!! Colours were pure and bright, no bleeding, no blurring (just follow their instructions and you *should* be right if the photo is perfect), centred perfectly - yes, I have ordered from others before and all that had happened. But from Fabness, was fabulous!!

I cannot give a high enough review! I will be definitely be buying from them in the future, regardless of coupon or not!!
