I just purchased my first pair of glasses from here and the service was great. The girls were lovely. Very friendly and helpful, they assisted me to choose my frames. The optomotrist was extremely thorough with my eye examination, and was very polite. He took the time to explain what they were doing during the test. I had my glasses in about 8 days which was great. My headaches have stopped. Prices vary dramatically depending on what frames and prescription you require, mine were approx $400. I am extremely happy with the service I received, and I look forward to returning when I receive my reminder in the mail to have my regular eye check up

Ordered a pair of clip on sun shades (approx cost $60) about 7 weeks ago. After 2 weeks I went into the store to see if they had arrived. Nothing yet but the assistant was going to follow it up and call me back the next day. No call. I went in again and the person on the front desk left a message in the appointment book for the assistant that took the order to contact me.....still no call from the assistant. I again went into the shop and left a message for the assistant to call me and guess what....still no call from anyone within the business. Extremely unsatisfactory service so I am looking to purchase them elsewhere.
