We recently had Exquisite Services to clean an area of tiling at the front of our building which had been exposed to the elements over some 27 years. Ken & Wendy visited our site & returned this area of tiles to absolute new condition. They have been cleaned & "Shielded" the tiles and the maintenance and cleaning of them are now minimal. Now our only problem is that we have to get them to carry out the same processes on our interior tiling to get them up to the same bright condition of the exterior area. We also use Exquisite Services for all our carpet cleaning & find that the fast dry cleaning process they employ is also superior to the wet shampooing alternative. I would like to take this opportunity of extending my personal thanks together with that of the members Peregian Springs Gold Club for the sensational appearance of the terrace tiles follwing cleaning. They look just like new and after a further 3 months of traffic, show little or no signs of dirt or stains. we only hose off the terrace evry couple of days to keep it looking fantastic. Furthermore , the clenaing of the lounge and dining chairs has given those a new lease of life. After four years of use and other attempts to clean them we beleived we would have to replace them. Following your treatment we will probabaly get a minimum of a further four years service.
