Excellent professional service.

Dr. Park has been my Dentist for the past 5 years while I lived on Gold Coast. After moving away, I try to time my business trips to Gold Coast and schedule in a dental appointment as I am yet to find a dentist as friendly and thorough as him. He is very empathetic and paid attention to the concerns I had about my smile. He offered and explained to me a whole range options I had and I am very satisfied with my results!

Visiting GC for a week from Finch Hatton, country Qld, staying at Chevron Renaissance. I slipped in the shower getting ready for a night out and chipped a front tooth and it hurt!! Reception said I was in luck as there's a dentist in the building and boy I was lucky. The receptionist was wonderful, listened patiently then spoke with the dentist who agreed to see me straight away and it was getting on to 5pm. Wonderful service. Since then, I had 4 crowns and basic treatments and the cost has been the same had I had it done in Mackay, where you still pay exorbitant coal mine fees, and I get to visit the Gold Coast. Thank you Kerrie, Dr Tim and the nurse behind the mask!!

The receptionist/ assitant was terrible! I'm still unhappy with my result and it cost me $20,000. The dentist referred me to get a laser gum lift but they didn' take enough off so I still have a gummy smile and the dentist went ahead and put the veneers on anyway cause she didn't want to have to postpone my appointment because she would have lost money. The older reptionist was really rude and took about an hour to take photos of my mouth which was really uncomfortable.
