I had no choice as my insurance company advised me to take my car to them. I had my reservations, as a quick google search revealed many unhappy customers. To cut a long story short, in person and on their website they are smooth talking and self praise how good their service is. My experience, like many other reviews on the net proved this to be false. I, like many others, found their work to be of a very poor standard and I am honestly surprised how they stay in business. The AAMI assessor was in disbelief when I returned the car for him, TWICE, to see the work they did. Under light or sunshine :Holograms, swirl and scratch marks all over where they did their repair work. The car was taken back to them as per AAMI recommendations and guarantee, however it came back with the same issues.
It appears that they work on the hope that you will get frustrated and fed up, and then will just don't go back to them.
The end result was that AAMI advised me to go to another local repairer, which rectified the issues without any problem.
I sincerely hope that you are not forced by your insurance company to take your car to Euro Image in Moorabbin. If so, be ready for a second rate job and a time consuming exercise with a company that does not appear to care.
I hope the owner of Euro Image will see this review, as well as the others on the net, and have the decency to change their practices to a ethical, responsible and professional model when dealing with unexpecting customers, who want nothing more than honesty, fairness and to get what they paid for.
