Very high beds, cant get into the bed

I bought a bed from farmhouse range. Never thought i wouldnt be able to hop on my bed easily. what on earth! who would have thought that it would be hard to hop onto your bed. I literally need a stair to climb up and jump from the bed to get on the floor. disgusting....!!! And they didnt want to take back my bed, said that refund would apply in your case. I recently had a C-section and bed has given me a worst night mare

If I could give 0 stars I would. Incredibly disappointed with my experience at this store. I ordered a table in June that I was told I would receive at the end of August. Every single month I have been told that it is arriving at the end of August, then it got changed to the end of September, then the end of October, then the end of November, and now the end of December. No apology, nothing. I asked for a refund and they say that IF they give a refund they take a 20% restocking fee - absolutely preposterous customer service when the table is not in stock anyway! So how could they possibly charge a restocking fee? And again, no apology from anyone I have spoken with there. So I am left waiting for my dining table going on six months now with no end in sight and can't get my money back. It is illegal sell someone an item that they will not receive. I will be taking my complaint to the regulating bodies. DO NOT SHOP HERE.

Side table faulty after two months, doors and draws no longer close and nails and glue now exposed. No refund after three weeks trying to communicate only store credit, buyer beware

My experience at Eureka Furniture Tuggerah has been exceptionally awesome.
At every visit the staff have greeted me with a smile, very patient with my dining table and especially with my lounge decision.
I want to especially Thank Reegan. His customer service, patience and arranging my promptl delivery . He went above and beyond to answer my queries and even assist with my 2 orders delivery link when neither of them were his orders. I will definitely return to Tuggerah store and refer friends purely for the service received by Reegan.
An asset to your organisation as he is very customer focused and knowledgeable.
Looking forward to my delivery tommorow!

This place has to be the worst service organisation I have come across in years. Ordered a mirror October 2020, rang/emailed multiple time only to be told 'supply chain issues' and then turn up at the shop front March 2021 to be told stock is on the floor.

Share our feelings and concern about whole experience and made to feel like it was our fault. Then told the reason the ordered got lost was it was placed at a store (somewhere we've never been) 1,000/klms away so it couldn't be seen at our local store. Once we sort the issue with current problems will not be shopping there ever again and wouldn't recommend to anyone!

I would not recommend this business. The wait for ordered furniture is way too long especially after paying a sizeable deposit which you lose if you want to go elsewhere because of the long wait. I can't complain about the service because there is none, I am not impressed at all with the Orange store in NSW. Such a shame as it is nice furniture but I will go elsewhere in future.

I have shopped at the Carindale, Capalaba and McGregor store, they all offer something a little different, the girls, Sandra, Amber, Robyn and Lydia have been amazing. I have been kept informed of availability and delivery right from the start. I love my furniture, l still have a few things coming but the wait is worth it. From the stores to the delivery guys, it’s been a positive experience

You would be mad to deal with this company. They will find any loophole they can to avoid dealing with their faulty products. Did you know they consider it irresponsible to put a cup of water on a dining room table when they sold us an unsealed table? Heed my warning and learn from me.

I got furniture for my entire new house worth nearly $12k, I felt happy as I thought am looked after well, I spent 1400 dollars on mattress which the manager said was new technology and blah blah blah, fell into trap and when I called them up to fix the issue they wanted too charge me $550, and I said thats ridiculous and while making the purchase they make you feel very good with service and warranties and everything, I would never recommend anyone to get anything from Eureka, and beware about very cheap quality as well, as they have 60 percent off on most of the products, buy at your own peril from these deceivers.
