Eureka Assist sorted out all my problems with computer, iPad and iPhone. This was the second time in a few months that they patiently and efficiently dealt with problems caused by my and my husband's lack of confidence and experience with technology. Previously this included using DVD/TV and their solution of photographing all the relevant controls, mailing photocopies of these with detailed step-by-step instructions on how to use them. It works! Charges are very reasonable for the benefits. Highly recommended.
