Absolutely terrible customer service, avoid at all costs. The staff have the worst attitude, and completely unmotivated to make your experience easier. Car was out of action for 2 months. No updates, and at every call (e.g. to organise a rental), a customer service rep would promise to call back, and at every instance, fail to do so. Having finally texted me a 'you'r car will be ready by xx/Jan/14', receive no confirmation, and after calling back ON THE DAY, are told the mechanic in charge is busy with something else and will call back. As expected, the callback never came, so having to once again call ESR, was finally told, the mechanic has gone home, and the car will not be ready today. PLEASE, if you own a luxury car, and would like BASIC customer service, avoid these guys at ALL COST.

Into a purpose built, state of the art, repair centre that would be the envy of all smash repair centres. They are friendly and only offer the highest of standards. I would never go anywhere else. They have been repairing my smash-ups for over 17yrs. If you want it done properly, then this is where you need to be.
