Worse car[park I have ever come across. Faulty machines often out of order and rude staff who couldn't care less. Do your due diligence and read reviews before parking here, unless you want to get stuck for up to one hour! Also, the machine may eat your credit card and they won't let you out unless you pay - however you can without the card. Absolutely ridiculous service.

I paid on exit and the barrier would not lift. On calling through for help. I was told the barrier isn't lifting because i didn't pay. My bank statement very clearly said I paid and I tried to explain this to the male
And female I spoke to on the speaker. In the end I had to pay a second time just so I could get out of the car park, after 10 minutes of arguing
