I have always found them very courteous the wait time is incredibly quick compared to a lot of other clinics, the doctors on each occasion have been attentive. People need to understand that doctors and staff are all doing their best and we need to be respectful to them.

When I first started coming to Epic Health, I had nothing but positive things to say. However, I am afraid that is now not the case. I have found some of the Doctors to be rude, come across judgemental and basically just wanting to write out a prescription and throw you out the door. Not very helpful! Time to find a new doctor clinic for me...

The doctor I saw was dismissive about my health issues and had her own agenda....and it was so frustrating. I may try another doctor there but I wouldn't choose her again even if hell froze over. Reception staff are nice. No bulk billing for non-card holders.

Friendly staff and caring doctors. Open extended hrs, which makes it easy for me to attend my appointments.

I found the doctor here judgemental, rude and offensive and my partner had been seeing him for over a year trying to correctly diagnose his medical condition and got no closer to doing so. Reception staff are nice. They bulk bill but only for health care card holders.
