Shocking customer service. Despite having a written quote I was charged $30 more than the quote with no extra services provided. When this was pointed out to them, their attitude was "too bad". No offering a refund, discount at next cut or product as compensation. I don't recommend anyone support a business that treats customers so poorly.

I walked out of the salon with hair dye on my new shoes.

IM SOOO DISAPPOINTED :( I went in for a simple toner for blonde hair, and walked out with dark BROWN hair. No consultation...no one once showed me a colour sample! The hairdresser ignored my complains and insulted me several times before bank-robbing me - $165! Plus $60 for some stupid protein gel she told me (after insulting me.) Am too scared to ask for a refund but will NEVER go back. Avoid this hairdresser at all costs.

Also had to wait 30mins before they started. Awful experience

Well ..... too much hard sell on the products! The hairdresser I had was very competent but she didn't really listen to what I wanted. Also, I hate it when they are so busy that they don't even look at you before they wash your hair - it doesn't give me confidence that they care about what might suit your face and hair. I was a bit disappointed and it was expensive.

Have been going here for quite a while now. The service is good and they are good at keeping records of what you had done on previous occasions. A little bit on the expensive side and sometimes feels a little rushed but overall I have never been disappointed.

Its a good hairdressers for the price you pay. Not the most amazing, but they do a good job and the prices arent too ridiculous.
