At 7.30 am on NY's Eve we had a call from Allen at Empire Airconditioning, in Townsville and his service technician arrived at our house 2 hours later! They did a fantastic job replacing the aircon and we were able to enjoy NY's Eve in comfort. Fantastic service, we couldn't be happier!
