As someone who services many things in my 4WD myself, I look for a mechanic and workshop who knows what they're doing and importantly, backs up their estimates with quality work. I tried these guys after giving my regular service centre three opportunities to rectify a mechanical problem. Eltham Motors sorted it within an hour. I came with a list of ailments (from an earlier Toyota service) and they eliminated a few off the list as unnecessary or not yet critical. Charged me $30 less than their quote (and $100's less than Toyota was going to). Staff were professionally capable, and honest but friendly when discussing my car's needs. They even dropped me back to my office and picked me up again when the car was ready! I'll definitely be going back next time my cars need work.

I have been a customer of Eltham motors for a couple of years now and even though I no longer live anywhere near Eltham, I refuse to go to any other mechanic because I know I can trust the staff here. Price has always been as quoted (today it was even $25 cheaper!) and no hidden extras. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Eltham Motors are honestly the best business I have dealt with. They are always welcoming, honest, informative and helpful. Nothing is ever too much or too hard for them. I've had all 7 of my cars ranging from cheap run arounds to extreme 4x4s, high powered sports car all serviced by them and never had a single issue. I've even had a full high power engine rebuild done by them and they professional the whole time, even helping me and suggesting ideas for the build.
