Went for a face wax yesterday & the therapist was very unfriendly. I ended up with 2 bruises around the eyelids area. This is the second time this has happened & I'm afriad to talk to the manager in case I get blacklisted by the therapists themselves who I've heard gossiping on many occassions re their clients.
