Great place to get facials. They are not para-medical and I have never had extractions done there but they are really nice and well trained at what they do. The Ella Bache standard is Australia wide, and Wollongong's service are no exception. Great place to go. I used to get my nails done at their last store before they moved but I don't know if they still do that now. The only bad thing I could say is if you are particularly sensitive to watch out for their eye lash tint. I don't usually have issues but once found their tint a bit too strong & it stung a bit, but this not an issue for everyone.
