With a renowned business like Ella Bache I thought I would be in safe hands to get my eyebrows tinted...was told over the phone it was $12. Nice welcome, asked them to suit the tint to my complexion, which is very fair. after the initial chitchat the conversation steered towards skin care during treatment, and I told them I don't spend much on skin care. After that I felt the icy silence..obviously staff realized staff wasn't going to sell me any products. Then the shock when I saw my eyebrows - almost black! I was told it will quickly fade, and if I was to go any lighter it wouldn't be worth it. Then I went to pay - it turned out to be $14, ok no big deal. Wanted to use my eft post card - sorry $30 minimum. No smile, no apology. Would I be going back there ? Not a chance! I hope the management of this business reads this review, as you need to train your staff on customer service and tinting skills.

The facial I received was very nice and relaxing, but was constantly badgered by the employee about the products, even though several times I mentioned that I could not afford it. There was also confusion with the facial I was receiving, as I was booked in for a specific one, but the employee mentioned others and went back and forth with several facials they wanted to do, so I honestly have no idea what I received. A nice place, but will not be returning, and I hope they take this particular review into consideration.

The girls here are a credit to the industry. Dreamy treatments in beautiful surrounds. Their skin care range has been fantastic for me.

Heavenly treatments where you walk out with skin good enough to eat Sam the owner is lovely and the staff are very well trained. Facials and the massages are awesome and the products are gorgeous
