My son has been going here for a year and my only complaint is the lack of communication between management and parents. You don't receive a statement and it took them 6 months for them to let me know that my rebate percentage had changed and I owed them money. If they had sent out a statement ever month then I would not have fallen so far behind!!!!!
But I keep my son in there because the staff are great, and my son is happy. Just wish it was managed a bit better in regards to accounts and communication.

Staff are friendly and do the best they can, however communication between management & staff is poor. I provided info about my child but it just didn't seem to get passed on to the staff caring for him. I also found a lack of communication with parents: no info regarding what is going on in the centre, no current menu displayed to show what my child is eating, and I didn't even receive an account statement each week/fortnight so i could pay my fees (I had to ask for one each time)

staff are very friendly with parents and the children. children bond easily with staff members and vice versa. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The hours of operation are also handy.
