If there are 6-star in the options I would give! They are professional, on time and really good at what they do. The way how they satisfy their customers with their service is quite admirable. I just hope every business in the US is the same as this. Genuinely helpful without pushing any one thing on their advantage over their clients.

My high end laptop had been running slow for some time and I eventually dropped it in to Tim at Elite. He knew exactly what the problem was, and set another to diagnosing it properly. He called me back the following day, as promised, and then advised me of a time I could pick it up.

My data was all saved, and my laptop is running like a dream now.

All in all, I found Tim to be professional, and he kept his promises. I highly recommend him.

Great Business I can't say enough good stuff about this place! The guys who work here are knowledgable, friendly, fast-working, and honest. In particular, Tim was beyond helpful and professional in assisting me. I truly appreciate the work he and his colleagues put in. So many computer repair shops out there try to scam customers or overcharge for every little thing...not these guys. They performed miracles with my MacBook, which wasn't even turning on, had liquid damage, a broken keyboard, a half-functional trackpad, and a battery that should've been replaced about 4 years ago. For a very reasonable price, I got my laptop back in perfect working condition!! I'm ecstatic :) The guys here are also excellent about keeping in touch about progress or questions, and they are extremely time-efficient (both things that are appreciated when something as crucial as a work laptop suddenly goes kaput ;_;).

There is a reason this shop has been here for ages and has such stellar reviews. I now have firsthand experience on why that is. I will absolutely be returning here for any future compwuter needs and will be HIGHLY recommending them to all my friends and colleagues. Thank you so much!!

I ordered a computer for a very reasonable price without knowing much about the company but they shipped it the next morning and the computer arrived in perfect condition. it was stated on the website as "good" condition but it's just like a brand new computer. Would recommend doing business with them if you are considering it!

I came here a few months back to get some help troubleshooting a problem with my desktop. They were able to pinpoint the problem and take care of repairs with my parts while I was at work(super convenient).
They had good communication, quick turnaround time, and nice attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them and if I found myself in the same situation again, I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Unfortunately my computers power supply failed 2 days before I was travelling overseas. I took my computer here. I was contacted and was told that a USB port caused the failure but my data was fine. My partner picked up the computer and I found on return all my data was gone. They claimed that I had a virus and they had to remove it and I lost all my data. That was simply untrue. I paid a high price to protect my computer from such things. The old story as they think they know more than you and can tell you anything. Personally I will never use them again and if you for some reason do, make sure everything is backed up. I explained my disappoint to them but never even received a reply.

Tim is very knowledgable on his computers and very happy with his work. Took my Imac in for a 3TB install and transfer of all data on to new hard drive. Updated Siena and cleaned the Imac up. Was done with in 2 days very fast return time and great negotiator and communicator. Pleasant doing business with him and would recommend him for all computer repairs.

I also used Tim a couple of months ago to fix my Macbook Pro he was very helpful while he took my one to diagnose the problem he offered me another macbook to use a more recent version. I had a 2008 and he gave me a 2009. I had the same problem with the macbook he gave me was just turning off. Very helpful in the process gave me another laptop to try. Diagnosis for my one was that it was getting too old and would cost more to fix better to buy a new one. offered the one I was using for $400 I accepted. But it did the same thing would just turn off. He gave me a refund of my $400 and took the macbook back and suggested I get a brand new macbook from apple. Was very good in his recommendations and knowledge. He was a pleasure to work with back then and still is today when I went back to fix my Imac. Pleasure and easy guy to work with. No problems at all very nice guy and great services.

So happy with the service here! I spilt water on my boyfriends Macbook Air and took it in to Apple who quoted us $1200 (not covered under warranty due to water damage and we don't have contents insurance). So we sucked it up and bought a new one as it wasn't worth the cost of repairing.
My boyfriend then took the water damaged Macbook Air into elite computer who quoted us $300. I've now been using it 4 weeks and it's running perfectly.
If you have been quoted a very expensive repair for water damage at Apple I would definitely recommend bringing your laptop to elite and getting another quote.
