I called to find out how much it would cost to get a rug cleaned and was told $99. Later I found that the local technician was offering to clean rugs for $40. Either the technician is doing shonkys or the price is inflated when you call them direct. I think I will choose someone more honest.
I placed the same comment on the Electrodry Facebook page.
Firstly, I was told I should be happy with the $40 quote, even though the minimum charge should have been $99 through the call center. After I made it clear that the quote was obtained via a Facebook group I was told that I must have been dealing with someone who was not a representative of the business. Funny, but the photo of the person making the quote was dressed in an Electrodry shirt. Seems they have rogue technicians who are doing cash jobs without Electrodry's knowledge. No further explanation or apology was received from management, in fact, the whole post has been removed. Not a very good reflection on how the business is managed. I simply will not do business with them and will let all my friends know of my experience.
I must apologise to Electrodry management as they did respond but unfortunately I did not see it until after I had posted the initial followup comment. However, the Facebook post was removed as stated.
I would just like to place on record how very pleased we were with the job Mark did for us on Tuesday. We have had Electrodry before but this is by far the best our carpet has ever come up, almost like new. Thanking you.
I recently had Electrodry out to clean my carpet in our lounge room, 2 bedrooms and a hall. They guys were great, nice and chatty. The main room came up much better than I expected. The booking process was good too. After the initial call to book I received a couple e-mails to confirm the job and all the job details.
I had Alex from Electrodry out to clean my lounge dining room and hall. The results were brilliant. I couldn't be happier and Alex and the Electrodry team were great to deal with.
