Malcolm from EGS arranged a prompt and reasonable quote for installing heat pumps for a large open plan area, and came back for a brief follow up discussion before we went ahead with work.

The EGS installers were prompt and efficient, and did an excellent and tidy job on installing two split systems for us (5kW-8kW).

We would happily use EGS again.

EGS gave us good advice on our heating options, and provided excellent service during the installation of an in wall gas heater. We are really happy with outcome - looks great and has transformed the space with a warm and cosy feel. Overall we are really happy with the outcome. Malcolm was friendly and approachable at all times, and their gas plumber (Luke) and subcontractors were all top notch, working over the weekend to get the job finished for us

EGS were very helpful initially but we had no end of trouble once it came to getting work done. Work that could have been completed proactively wasn't and the job seemed to drag on for ages. They were unable to get our quotes or invoice right requiring several back and forth emails to sort it out. After a short period of testing the product (ceiling heat) is good, its things around it that have been disappointing.
