This is not complaint,just writing for suggesting their system improve before some incidents happened.

I was strongly shocked and upset to get the clients mixed-up experience there.
When I visited there, it was my first time, the one of their staffs didn't confirm who I was properly, even I told my name at the reception with spelling, then she brought me to the treatment room.

She might have misrecognised me also the treatment area from someone's, because she asked me the other areas where I have never thought.So I clearly told her the area I wanted repeatedly, and checked if she knew my enquiry with consultation e-mail and phone call yesterday I had done, but she didn't check it at that time with just saying she didn’t know.

(I knew later these but, also at the counter, I was so shocked to know what I heard on the consultation phone call and what I heard at the counter were totally different. Though I decided to book and come up there after consultation phone call the day before then my concerning was clear to get their answer including the product.)

As soon as I was brought straight at the treatment room, I'd been really concerened how I should (because my first time) , but, without any medical consent form and any explanation, they didn't know my condition or any, the staff started the tratment!! I had never experienced like this at even the other clinics.

Then at the pay at the counter, she looked finally realised I was not the person whom she thought, because the another client came.

Also she received the cash, but for a while, didin't pass my invoice which included the other treatments sessions until I asked to get it...if I didn't ask, how can I proove my payment,though they might record my payment history.But I couldn't believe they could do at that moment with my bad experience.

Hope I might be the only one unlucky person to get this experience, I want to believe the other staffs are good,(actually the others are kind and friendly, they looked try to console me, and try to understand me).

But I felt the laser experience I got was unfortunatelly not much careful or thorough than other clinics I took before.

They provide the service with the great price, but if I hadn't buy prepay with upset feeling(couldn't think properly), I would have think about the others...however I'll take the treatment with them because of prepay, I really want to get the treatment from the other careful staff next time.

Anyway, mixed up clients are really dangerous, it includes the risk of burn or allergies, so I'd like to suggest it might be better for them to improve the recording the clients and the information history system.

That was saved I didn't get any treatment on the other parts but also we customers should be careful to take treatment.

For a first timer of laser for hair removal, this business was really helpful, clear and honest about how it works. Ladies look after you and it helps that it's value for money. Can't complain.
