All the receptionists do an excellent job the doctors are first rate

I could give zero if I can , receiption is rude . Acting rude when patient cough and they booked me in but can not find record In system… also refuse to solve the problem but instead said she is having enough …. Never go there again . No one deserve to be treat like that

Aweful service! Phoned before visiting. Staff told me it’s ok to books kids covid vaccine after registered. However, after I visited and spent time to completed form. Reception told me your kids need to do covid testing before book for vaccination! How ridiculous! I book with other medical center and no this condition apply. If you advised me on the phone I will not visit and waste my time! Even my own vaccination has no condition apply. No other place apply this strict condition to get vaccination. It’s the worst medical centre not to help people get vaccinated but create boundaries!
Never visit again!

Waiting times are absurd. Had to wait almost an hour and a half just for the doctor to give me a checkup. The doctor was very cheerful and was very nice to talk to. Was very supportive giving me great service. Receptionists were also quite helpful. Unlike most medical centres and businesses. Waiting times could improve though, but other than that I would recommend this medical centre.

I came to this place once. Most of the doctors are good, but some are not. The waiting times are over 1 hour usually. I'm not going back there.

I found it very easy to get appointments here. The lady doctor (GP) was very down to earth and easy to communicate with. I needed some results faxed to a specialist and the medical center took care of everything. The best part is that they do bulk billing.

This is a very busy medical centre and the entire experience is that you're rushed from wo to go. Waiting times are often hour or so. The doctors themselves are competent without being phenomenal.

I booked my son in to get vaccinated and still found that on arriving I had a 2 hour wait. I thought the staff were rude and not very helpful at all, I felt like the doctor just didn't care at all and was only interested in having our signature on our medicare form and the nurse that vaccinated my son had no idea how to deal with children and I honestly thought she didn't like kids. I will never be going back there I dont care how close it is to home or how handy it could be.

Staff could definitely improve on friendliness. Service is good is you organize an appointment. If not, then expect to be waiting.
